Hello! I’m seeking a studio mate to share my sunny painting studio in the Mission District! I am an oil painter working fairly large scale in an abstract/ figurative style. The studio has amazing windows, natural light, and ventilation. We have a great community with about 10 other working artists who have studios in the building. Parking in a private lot behind the building is included. There is also a communal kitchen you are welcome to use. The space we would be sharing is roughly 500 square feet. Rent: $500 per month (month to month sublease.)
