Our mission is to provide the highest level of customer service to ensure our guests rental process is as quick and efficient as possible. Which is why we need to YOU!! What you will be doing: 1. Making outbound calls to customers to confirm reservations 2. Data entry of customers basic information into the reservation (i.e. address, DL number, insurance info) 3. Verifying rental qualifications (inbound/outbound flight itinerary, insurance coverage) 4. Verifying customers insurance 5. Offering optional up-sell packages to the customer to compliment their reservation What you will bring to the position: 1. A positive and enthusiastic attitude EVERYDAY 2. Compassion for customer care 3. A "can do" attitude 4. Call center experience preferred 5. A will to learn and succeed 6.
