FOUND 2 good dogs off parkway, wandered into our yard. one old, blue collar, one young, red collar. reply to describe. near riceville rd, folk art center. PA tags. if they are still here when i hear from you i can fence them, otherwise they are wandering, as they may be neighborhood dogs.
