Looking for Professional, Responsible, Honest Movers to join our moving company. College students are welcome. Looking for hardworking, dependable, and motivated individuals to relocate businesses and residential customers. As a team member of A to Z Moving and Driving our main concerns are assuring that our customers are happy and have been accommodated to the maximum. We want each customer to say "they were great and they made my move easy!" We offer a variety of relocation services from moving to packing to junk removal and everything in between. This is not the typical 9a-5pm job. Some days could be a 5-hour shift and other days can be a 12-hour shift and schedules are solidified the day prior. You typically have some of a heads up prior to the night prior, but changes can be made. Tips play a big factor in your weekly income, it can add almost an additional 40% to your earnings. We do not guarantee any types of breaks, you work at the pace of your team and what you all decide together. Therefore, you must have the STAMINA and DETERMINATION to keep it moving. Basic Job Rules: MUST have valid Drivers License and a vehicle that is exclusively yours(you will be using your vehicle, at times, to get to and from the jobs---this is dependent on each situation) MUST have DAILY email access and a phone. Preferably a smartphone! Pass a drug test and background check Be on time EVERY time---your team cannot start without you. No marking customers belonging or walls No foul language Professionalism- good customer service skills, company uniform(cleaned daily and intact) NO COMPLAINING on jobs (complain after if truly needed) No smoking on the job(you will have time in-between jobs) NO STANDING AROUND-KEEP IT MOVING! Prior convictions will be reviewed on a case by case basis. (1 week held at the start- pays 1 week behind) ***after completion of training tiers you are eligible for a raise.
