Caretake couple to live on beautiful property and care for all outdoor and indoor maintenance. Some duties include pool cleaning, friendly dog care, housekeeping, shopping, some driving, vehicle care, planting flowers, trimming shrubs, watering, snow blowing, repair and maintenance and other tasks that come with home and garden maintenance. If outside contractors are needed, schedule and being there is expected. Caretaker quarters is a 1 bedroom apt, 1 1/2 garage, storage space, washer and dryer. No rent to pay but is part of compensation. No children, no pets. Hours flexible depending on season, weather, etc. Average day would be 6 hours but could be more or less as needed. Month salary.
