Job Title: Construction Crew Member Location: Willoughby, OH Pay: $15.00-$18.00/hour Job Type: Contract-to-hire Full Job Description We are seeking Construction Crew Members to support construction projects near Willougby, OH. You do not need to have previous experience, full training will be provided! What You Can Expect: Responsibilities: • Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion • Estimate time and extent of repairs • Perform routine preventive maintenance • Learn materials • Masonry Repair • Expansion Joint Removal / Replacement • Scaffolding & Rigging ​Qualifications: • Previous experience in Masonry or other related fields is preferred • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment • Ability to handle physical workload • Detail-oriented To Be Successful: High School Diploma or GED preferred but NOT required 1-2 years’ experience in a construction setting For Your Safety: Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs Must be able to bend, twist and turn body at shoulders, waist, and knees Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
