Looking to rent small farmland

Hello, I'm looking to rent a small plot for farming. I need to be able to park a trailer or tiny house or something for on site living. This could be anything from a small corner of your pasture, a very large backyard, or some other open space you own. My partner and I have regular jobs and have a year's expenses saved. First year will be setting the farm up for no till, second year will be production focused. We are young first time farmers with years of experience veggie gardening and raising poultry. We intend to keep our jobs at least through 2021. Budget is 1500/month, looking for 0.5 acre minimum. Needs to be within 45 minutes of the Eureka courthouse. Let me know what you have and when it's available, lease length, etc. Any questions you have for me?
