Need help paying rent have one month old baby

Hi I am reaching out for help I am staying at a place in arcata and owe back rent I need to pay because if I dont I will be kicked out with a one month old baby with no where to go if there is any one out there willing to help it would be very appreciated. And if anyone is gonna ask if I have checked my resources yes I have I defenatly have i just keep getting told i have to wait but my manager will not wait he dont understand
