Monk's Burgers & More (Wild Monk) located in the western suburbs emphasizing on craft beer, and elevated bar food, is currently seeking an EXPERIENCED Individual to fill the position of Line / Prep CookCandidates will enjoy working in a fast paced and non-corporate environment, and will have the opportunity to work for a growing family run business. Our kitchen has a strong work ethic and great synergy of cooks who work very well together.Our Line Cook must have and be able to:1) Be passionate about food and the industry2) Be mature and self-secure to accept change and challenges5) Ability to multi task6) High energy and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays7) High volume experienceMinimum 2 years experience preferred. We are looking for an experienced cook that has an attention to detail, work in a fast paced environment, is a team player and have a great work ethic..Knowledge of all stations (prep, cold, fryer, flat top, grill) is required.
