Licensed small business, Kings Courier Service (KCS), LLC, is looking to add 1 or 2 part-time drivers/couriers who reside in or very near Cape Coral in Lee County area. Courier MUST have a reliable fuel efficient vehicle; must speak fluent English and use a smart phone, texting and its GPS; Must be able to provide short-service runs to in and around the area and possibly out of area (single day trips only). Drivers primary service is to support a very reputable home builder delivering and waiting for documents not pkgs... at multiple places like county building depts; city municipalities, engineering, and surveying type offices using their OWN RELIABLE vehicle. Such services will be well paid for, but may only be a few times a month for now. The PAY is $15/hr and you will be classified as a sub-contractor where you will be responsible to pay your taxes and liabilities. Travel pay is given if courier drives further than 30 miles away from home office. Potential pay is approx $100 to $500+ per month or more; however, this is not a guaranty; based on runs needed for that period of time. This position is best suited for a retired or semi retired person(s)... that are most often available during the week and can easily set aside things they are doing; sometimes at little as 1 or 2 hour notice, usually 6 or more hours notice on any given day; Mon - Fri.. Must haves: -***Must be detail oriented*** -Have RELIABLE vehicle -Have FUEL EFFICIENT vehicle -Be well mannered and patient. -Always present a kind, calm attitude -Always be reliable, patient and respectful -Maintain a clean, confident appearance. -Have clean drivers license -***Must be detail oriented*** -Have full coverage auto insurance -Be able to become available M-F 8-4ish -Be healthy enough to be agile and nimble -Have a process oriented mentality -Be loyal, trustworthy and grateful -***Must be detail oriented*** -Have RELIABLE vehicle -Have FUEL EFFICIENT vehicle -Safely maintain, organize and protect docs -Be fluent in using text and GPS Apps -Be willing to have either PayPal or Cash App to be paid -Have a SMART cellular phone, with GPS, TEXT -Keep smartphone active and always respond -Maintain quality cellular coverage -***Must be detail oriented*** -Be co-ordinated, directional orient-able; Knowing basic directions north, south, etc. -Be able to maintain good auto insurance 50/150 coverage (proof will be required). -Must sign and return tax form 9 electronically -Must sign and return intro letter electronically -Must sign and return Liability statement electronically -No need for resume, just proof license and insurance.
