ABSOLUTELY NOT! The Pentagon is afraid of extreme weather events wrecking their bases, ocean water rise threatening their installations, and international turmoil and strife forcing them to intervene in foreign nations' affairs. NASA fears the possibility of their launch pads flooding, holding out the threat of making future space exploration efforts by this country impossible. If this happens, Russia and China will be all too happy to step into the role of space explorers in our stead.
