Saturday Clean Up Help

Need help cleaning up the this Saturday. Just one person. Hanging up stuff, moving more stuff, organizing, some heavy items so need to have a strong back. Nothing gross or dangerous. $150 for the day 8am-4pm. Knowledge of power tools for adding shelves etc. might be good. Have a truck for a dump run? I would pay mileage of course. Let me know where you would be coming from and what your best at. Thanks for your consideration
