Looking for homestead assistant

I have a small farm and am a one person operation. This time of year I'm overwhelmed with the amount of things that need to get done and would love to find some reliable help. Work would include (but not limited to) -Hauling soil and wood chips -assembling greenhouse -helping build coops, stairs, retaining walls, patios (bonus if you actually have skills at this, otherwise, I just need a second set of hands to help me muddle through figuring it out) -pulling weeds -planting -seed starting -raking, shoveling, building hugelkultures and swales (this is a permaculture focused farm) I'm in the rural hills, so you need transportation. Hours are flexible, but I'd like 1-2 shifts of 4 hours per week until caught up (which, honestly, I may never be). All work will be done with me. Pay depends on skill set. $15 per hour for basic stuff, $20 if you have some knowledge or building skills. Cash paid weekly.
