Orange 3 year old male cat desperately in need of new home or rescue

I have a 3 year old male orange cat and 2 others. My two other fixed males do not give him a chance to eat or use the litter box as they chase him back underneath the dresser where he stays 24/7. Cat house on the kings wants $5000 per cat for lifetime food and care, which I can't pay. I am also refusing to take him to a kill shelter, as they will probably just kill him. He is miserable and deserves a better chance at life. I think he would be a different cat if he wasnt bullied all the time, as he was a precious kitten growing up. I'm willing to give him to a no-kill shelter or if someone wants to take him I'm asking a $5 rehoming fee. I'm just out of ideas any help is appreciated. Thank you.
