ISO Hairless Cat/Chihuahua preferably female

I am trying to help my mother find a pet. We recently lost our cat due to it hanging outside because we are allergic. A hairless sphynx, bambino, dwelf, or hairless chihuahua are the breeds we are looking for. Female is preferred. Willing to have the cat spayed. Just do not wish to have a male marking the territory. The cat would obviously be kept inside and safe. We are looking for reasonably priced so I don’t think she will wish to pay for anything over 2000. I know she would also like to meet the animal before purchasing willing to travel in California. Thank you for reading.
