We are considering rehoming our beloved rabbit Chilly, 5yo, black shorthaired rabbit, ~8lb. We rescued her 4 years ago from the cold (hence the name) as she was abandoned to the outside world by her previous owners. We love Chilly deeply and only want what is best for her. I fear an 8 day drive would be stressful and have to consider an alternative. If you are looking to add a sweet snuggly friend to your home, read on. Chilly lives indoors in our daughters carpeted room. She is litter box trained and will not walk on hardwood floors. She is very easy going, and gets along with the dogs and vacuum. She prefers not to be picked up, but will let you pet her to your heart's content. Her new family would ideally have a room to hop around. She doesn't like to be locked in her cage. Supplies include large dog kennel, litter boxes, travel carrier, hay, food, water, toys, and blankets.
