Lost Husky

Description

my Siberian Husky/ German Shepherd escaped my house through the window and I went to Walmart and I came back and found out she went out the living room window by Northern Ave off of Collingswood in port Charlotte. Shes wearing a blue collar with a pink heart that has the name LUNA on it and my Name Irina with a phone number. The phone number is a different number. She is ESA and has a tag shaped as a bone and her rabies tag as well. Picture is above. If anyone has seen her in the Collingswood Murdock area please give me a call. Phone number please call or text if anyone has seen her or call animal control I need to know if anyone has seen her shes currently on heartworm treatment at this time.
