Calling All Vendors & Sponsors to a 4/20 themed affair that you do not want to miss out on! On Saturday April 17th, 2021 from 12pm-6pm at the Ann Arbor Regent Hotel Event Space on Carpenter Road. Covid-19 protocols will be enforced. Learn About Our Event: JW Printing Plus (formerly known as LaLaButi Etc.) is seeking a wide range of vendors to grace a 3000 square foot event space with their best products themed to the tune of 4/20! That could mean limited edition products, items made specifically for the event, or setting up their space to give it a laid-back 4/20 appeal. We also have sponsorship packages available! We are as excited as ever to be hosting an event that will attract shoppers from all over the county, state, and with hopes; surrounding states! This indoor exclusive event features raffles, contests, giveaways, and a photo setup! Come have fun, network, and represent your brand! Vendor Information $25 off Vendor spaces through 3/21/21 There are VIP Premium Spaces, Middle Floor Spaces, Wall Spaces, and Massage Therapy Spaces available. Fees vary based on the chosen space. - Advertising and Promoting Event via 6 social media platforms and logo appearance on digital and printed flyers - Exclusive indoor set up, refreshments and light food spread. Sponsor Information $100 off Sponsorship Packages through 3/21/21 Sponsorship packages are available which include promoting businesses via social media, printed publication, radio, flyers, word of mouth, event-based commercials, posters, and brochures. - Advertising and Promoting of your business as a sponsor for 2-3 solid weeks.* - Advertising & Promoting: On 6 social media platforms, website, event based commercials, digital & printed flyers and local media publications. - 5 LARGE 18"x24" posters at event. 4.25"x5.5" color flyers distributed to patrons during event. - Sponsors have exclusive access and the ability to showcase products and/or samples during the event. - Refreshments and light food spread. *The length of advertising depends on the day that the business joins as a sponsor.
