Vehicle Detailer, Mechanic, Body / Paint Person Needed

I am looking for a detailer that needs work/side work. I need someone with experience, that is meticulous in their work, and reliable. I would prefer someone with experience detailing at a new car dealership. Pay will be per vehicle with extra compensation for services outside of a normal detail. I am looking for a mechanic that needs work/side work. The help I need will vary from fluid changes to motor swaps. The pay will be flat rate and will vary depending on experience and certifications. Chiltons labor guide will be used to determine the flat rate hours. I need someone that has experience doing mechanic work for a living that needs some work/side work, someone reliable with experience that can do the job right, and right away without assistance. I am also looking for paint, and body person that needs work/side work. Someone that can handle spot panel painting, to heavy bodywork. The pay will vary from job to job. I need someone that has professional vehicle body, and paint work experience. Someone reliable that can do clean work without assistance.
