Seeking artists to join our collective in NE Portland near Alberta Street.
We have 3 openings in a shared 1,000 square foot creative warehouse space.
Rent is 200 a month, plus 200 security deposit, for 150 square feet of work space.
Renters insurance is required and is an added 100 deposit, then 10 dollars a month after that.
The space has 24/7 access, and 24/7 security. A large roll up door, high ceilings, and an outdoor communal area.
We will be creating an online gallery in the near future and collaborating on art pop ups in the Alberta Arts District.
Currently we have 3 woman with mixed mediums and are seeking 3 more dedicated and mature artists to complete the collective.
