Join us for Yoga by the River! Bring your mat and whatever props you'd like. This will be a Vin & Chill flow suitable for all levels. Modifications and progressions are given. Your mat, your space! Always listen to your body.
Social Distancing will be in effect. We will be outside so no Masks are required.
RSVP for FREE. Class is a minimum donation of $15 that will be paid to $orilotusyoga before the session begins.
