Make your own soap using quality, safe ingredients! Go back to basics with us and make your own soap! Our guest instructor, April, will guide you through two types of soaps that are so easy to make, you can make them over and over at home in your own kitchen! Using only high-quality ingredients, choose from a variety of scents and add-ins to create two of your own bars of wholesome goat's milk soap, perfect for use at home or for gifting! You'll also make an 8 oz. bottle of foaming hand soap and leave with the recipes to DIY on your own! Homemade soap makes a perfect Mother's Day gift that any mom would love! This is a great workshop to treat yourself, attend with friends, or bring along a helper! Tickets are $25/one student or $40/two students. Each ticket includes 3 soaps - 2 bars and 1 bottle of foaming soap. This class will last approximately one hour. Class will take place in-person, outdoors at the studio, 1686 Village Green #206, Crofton, Maryland, 21114. Please wear a face covering and we will be practicing distancing and sanitizing to keep everyone safe. Anyone who has been exposed to a positive COVID-19 case or who is not feeling well with symptoms of COVID-19 as per the Centers for Disease Control guidelines should not attend and may request a refund. Rain date: May 2 at 4 pm. All workshops require a minimum of 5 participants to proceed as scheduled. If there are not 5 participants registered, Picture the Good: Studio + Workshop reserves the right to reschedule for a later date or cancel.
