Join Farm to Bus & Moksha Chocolate for a fun chocolate tasting event with a mobile local goods market. Outdoors, subject to weather! Farm to Bus is a cruising artisanal food market bringing the best Colorado products to our upcoming Moksha tasting event at the factory in Boulder! We will open for an outdoor tasting on the go (ok, it's a parking lot) in accordance with local guidelines so you can swing by, say hello, and finally get your hands on what we've been touting all winter. But that's just the beginning! Moksha Chocolate is in great company on the bus with Colorado farmers, beekeepers, bakers, coffee roasters, hot sauce makers, and more. Retail that rocks and rolls. Goods-gathering DJ music by The Vibrarian. What's way more fun than the grocery store for a change?  Dustin and Cora of FARM TO BUS will be bringing the goods to the Moksha chocolate factory in Boulder's "opportunity zone", our little pocket of productivity near Foothills Parkway and East Pearl Parkway. Support local food artisans who have been toiling away at their specialty goodies this winter, waiting to bring it to you in this super fun setting. Stock up for your holiday dinners, Mother's Day feast, or  s m a l l  gatherings — and celebrate the return of spring with healthy choices from local farms to your tables! Green Belly Hot Sauces: Guatemalan inspired hot sauces that come in three unique flavors – green chili+cilantro, cobanero and mango+lime. Bjorn's Colorado Honey: Local honey for all purpose use (Raw Traditional) or medicinal needs (Propolis). Il Pastaio Pasta: Fresh homemade pasta of all shapes and sizes, as well as frozen ravioli (also made in house) that makes for the perfect quick dinner.   Buckner Ranch Meats: Various cuts of beef, pork or lamb, that are grass-fed/finished and locally raised.  Rebel Bread (bread and pastry): Three day fermented loaves that are baked fresh everyday.  Table Mountain Farm: Goat milk caramel sauce that is perfect to drizzle over popcorn, french toast, ice cream and more! Beleza Coffee: The perfect light-medium roast, that makes for a delicious bright cup of coffee.  Moksha Chocolate: From biodiverse jungle farms in Belize or their equal trade co-op in Peru, single-source superfood cacao beans transform into fine chocolate with varieties such as blood orange, coconut, Japanese matcha, raspberry white, and sea salt.
