Founded in 1967, Stratton and Bratt is a large commercial and high-end residential design, construction, and maintenance landscape company. Recently acquiring (Green-Metrix partner) Kris Ashby's commercial maintenance company, Elite Grounds, Kris and CEO Zach Stratton and excited to host this event! About the Host, Kris Ashby:Kris Ashby began working in the green industry in 1978 with his father Veral, and brother Quinn. He would later purchase the company from his father in 1984 and continue to build the business. Since then Kris has helped to build Elite Grounds based in Pleasant Grove, UT to one of the largest full service landscape maintenance and installation companies in Utah. Elite Grounds specializes in municipalities, commercial, and high-end residential properties in Utah and Salt Lake Counties. Kris owns and operates a second, maintenance focused company, Spectrum, located in Midway, Utah. Kris has years of management experience growing large companies with a steady hand. His fact based approach to utilizing real data in the companies has proven to be instrumental in their growth. Kris has worked with many different estimating methods, softwares, and programs, not to mention all of the spreadsheets, task lists and systems that Kris had developed himself. Currently using Service Autopilot in conjunction with GPS software, Quickbooks, and other integrations, Kris and his teams are well-oiled and efficient at what they do. After working with Jim Huston and becoming a close friend over many decades, Jim asked Kris to become a partner in Green-Metrix nearly three years ago. More recently, Kris' commercial maintenance company, Elite Grounds, is now part of Stratton & Bratt's family of landscaping companies in Utah. Kris' other very successful commercial maintenance company servicing northern Utah and the Park City area, Spectrum Landscaping, is still owned and operated by him and his partner.
