We are expanding our team and have several positions available that we need to fill ASAP. We are hiring for all maintenance positions in our company and the pay ranges from $10 to $22 per hour. Your starting pay will based on many factors, some of which are: skills and experience, whether or not you have your own tools, type of vehicle, etc.
Our company owns and manages single and multi-family rental property. Whether you are an experience technician with many years of experience or looking to get into the industry for the first time, you should consider applying. Skillsets we are looking for include: make-ready and maintenance experience, plumbing and electrical experience and/or HVAC experience.
You need a vaild Texas Drivers License and a vehicle with insurance.
