The position requires adequate experience in installing seamless rain gutters and leaf protection in the Texas hill country region. You will be leading one or more teams providing proper gutter installation expertise and training to the other crew members of the Patriot team. An awesome work ethic and position can do attitude is required for this position. If you do not have this, please do not apply. The ability to efficiently communicate with other crew members as well as home owners is a must. Punctuality and accountability is required. You must have a reliable form of transportation. There is considerable ability to grow with this company into regional manager and/or company inspector to inspect our jobs for 100% compliance with our guidelines that insure customer satisfaction. All employees are required to wear a mask when communicating with customers.
