We offer: The opportunity to learn and get state licensed in a skilled trade position (just like a plumber or electrician) Competitive pay plan/regular raises (training pay is $14.00/hr)----raises to $38/ hr in first 2 years are typical) Currently we do not offer health benefits but are actively pursuing options Training takes about 3-6 months Company Vehicle (not 'take home') Paid Classes for Licensing (exterminator's license, not Driver's License) Advancement opportunities into management roles if desired (with generous pay increases) We are seeking individuals who are 'serious' about a career and:: Are over 21 yrs old (for insurance purposes), motivated and Most Importantly "Reliable" Has a valid Drivers License Can pass a background check - This is a state law for our industry & mandatory/not a company policy.
