Description

We are looking for a professional landscape helper with at least 2 years of recent experience. Please read the this description all the way through before responding. We install complete landscapes which include flower beds, walkways, patios, pergolas, decking, fencing, sprinkler repairs, plumbing repairs such as broken pipes and faucets and french drainage. We also do home improvements such as replacing siding, painting, landscape lighting and other minor exterior repairs. Some of the duties will include Loading the truck Unloading and cleaning the truck of trash and debris, putting tool up Keeping track of tools on the job site and making sure all tools are accounted for Mixing cement Installing chop rock borders Flagstone borders and walkways Installing weed / barrier cloth Poly Boarder Bender Board Digging Trenching Planting Spreading soil, mulch. Gravels and granite Minor exterior Sprinkler and plumbing repairs Painting Makings sure the job sites are clean and tools are neatly loaded before leaving a job site. Also helping out on our property “it’s part of the business”. We have been in Business for over 30 years and have a well established clientele and still take on new clients as well. We are located in Boerne and service Boerne, Helotes, Gray Forest and other areas between Boerne and Northwest San Antonio. We operate out of one truck. You will be working with Ed, just the two of you for now and we hire additional help as needed. We are looking for someone that has a professional appearance, good attitude, able to work under minor pressure, dependable, reliable, with good work ethics. Non-Smoker! We do not allow smoking on our property, in our vehicles or on our clients properties. You will need reliable transportation to work and job sites. There is very minor contact and interaction in this business and all work is outside, masks are only required around clients and their families or guests. Also with or without a mask, please stay 6-10 feet away from others. Our hours are 8 A.M. and Ed usually stops between 2 - 4 P.M. occasionally later and often earlier in extreme heat. You’ll be off most weekends. We occasionally work Saturday if the jobs are running behind from bad weather. In Texas bad weather in not uncommon. Be prepared for a telephone interview and to discuss salary requirements and possibly an in person interview. Be prepared to complete an application and provide references and at least 3 personal references “not related” and this can include previous co-workers or managers.
