HomeSmiles is coming to Los Angeles and we are looking for 2 knowledgeable field technicians to bring HomeSmiles services to customers in Los Angeles. HomeSmiles is a home maintenance company who provides annual preventative care to homes including power washing, exterior window cleaning, replacing smoke detector batteries, flushing water heaters, cleaning A/C and refrigerator coils along with gutter cleaning with the Smile Vac (done from the ground) and many other simple yet important services to keep homes running like new! As a Service Technician, you will be required to travel to client locations, perform responsibilities, ensure proper documentation of work being performed, install new equipment, respond to client requests, troubleshoot equipment issues,and provide technical training on company equipment.To ensure success as a Service Technician, you should have excellent troubleshooting skills, plenty of field experience, and the ability to adapt to a changing work schedule. Ultimately, a top-level Service Technician efficiently manages all service call outs,providing high-quality service and maintenance for any job size. Responsibilities Include: - Responding to customer call outs and field dispatches. - Meeting with the client to greet them and explain the services you will be providing. - Ensure the client signs the Terms and Conditions before work begins. - Conducting routine equipment servicing out in the field. - Inspecting and troubleshooting equipment failures. - Providing preventive equipment maintenance. - Providing technical training on new equipment installations. - Maintaining equipment stock in the company vehicle. - Completing job reports.
