We are a cannabis company seeking a Janitor Technician (experienced preferred but will train the right person) to perform duties in our cultivation areas. Duties include but are not limited to: Clean drains from algae build up Sweep and mop rooms Sweep and mop hallways Keep room floors dry from excess water from humidifiers Clean restrooms toilets, sinks, floor, Lysol spray Stock toilet paper, paper towels, toilet seat covers, hand soap. Restock paper towels for kitchen, sweep and mop. Vacuum front office carpet Clean windows Take out garbage from all rooms replace trash bags daily Clean any pests, ie nats (small flies) on tables or vents Breakdown cardboard and place in recyclable dumpster Disinfect door handles entries and exits and door knobs Keep inventory of cleaning supplies Pick up plant matter and put in green waste Unlock garbage to let waste management dump green waste Pressure wash irrigation tanks Mop and wipe down irrigation room Clean cultivation trays and inserts Physical: In order to perform the janitorial position, the candidate must be able to reach, grab, bend, stoop, squat, crawl, sit, walk, and stand for long periods of time. The candidate must be able wear latex gloves, face coverings and protective shoes to safely perform the job. The candidate must be able to work in various room temperatures from cool to warm environments. Schedule: Monday - Friday, must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
