Found orange cat. He's been hanging out around the Heron Meadows apartments in west Eugene. No microchip. He's around 12-14 lbs. Very cuddly and definitely an expert at head boops. Small shaved patches indicate possible flea meds. Please come bring your cat home! He (I think) misses being inside and being loved :(
