Job Description • Work with 2-4 team members while helping with the execution of highly detailed landscape maintenance such as hand pruning, shearing, weeding, mowing, edging, planting, mulching, etc. • Operate various tools and equipment, including: bed edgers, blowers, shears, drills, hammers, pruners, etc. • Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment by conducting inspections, lubricating, and cleaning on a daily basis. • Assist other crews/divisions as needed dependent on schedule and season. • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times. Requirements * Consistent attendance and capability to get to work. *A valid driver’s license preferred but not required. Pay will be more with license. *Experience preferred, but not required, we’ll teach the right person if they have a good work ethic and attitude. *Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner. *Ability to physically perform the required tasks to complete the job. This includes lifting up to 80 lbs and working in the weather. *Time management skills. *Ability to work under pressure. * Ability to keep a good attitude and re-direct negative crew members. * Speak, read, and write English. * Ability to learn company programs on company provided smart devices. *Belief in our core values Benefits * Eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance after initial period of employment. * Eligible for retirement account with up to a 4% company match after initial period of employment. * You'll Have Career Path Options: Pay range is $13-$20 per hour and is determined based on a skill-based career path matrix. * A profit-sharing bonus system to reward the people who make the magic happen.
