Debbie’s Staffing has immediate full time positions on 1st/2nd shift for Material Handlers & Loaders. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 hours or as needed- Must be available for mandatory overtime. Essential Functions: • Receive, inspect and put away all vendor material in appropriate bin locations in warehouse • Unload vendor trucks and receive and inspect the material according to the purchase order. • Receive the material using computers and hand-held scanner • Put all received material in appropriate bin locations, physically and on the scanner • Designate any damaged product for "Return to Vendor" • Use of a forklift and order picker will be required • May be required to assist in loading trucks when necessary • Perform other duties as assigned Skills & Abilities • Use of computers helpful • Forklift certification may be helpful Other Requirements: • Must be able to read and understand English • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals • Ability to follow oral and written communication from supervisor, lead or co-worker.
