General construction business looking to hire a qualified apartment maintenance technician and apartment turnover specialist to join the team. Team member required to perform maintenance repairs that include but are not limited to;
- minor plumbing and electrical repairs/installations
- painting/wall repair
- cleaning
- debris removal
- handle installation
- misc

- floor installation (tile, vinyl, etc)
- finish carpentry
- kitchen and bath installations
- misc
Qualified tenant MUST be and have
- reliable transportation
- be able to work independently
- basic tools
- punctual
- be able to meet deadlines
