(In ingles y espanol) Hello, my company is looking to hire a professional painting crew. We typically work Monday-Friday, sometimes jobs are on weekends. We would pay BY THE PROJECT. Pay is always upon completion of all work for that project. We ask that you and your crew work daily on a project until it is completed- please do not juggle our projects with other projects of your own, outside of our company. Our requirements- you must: -You must have your own van (or truck) and painting tools -You must have at least 20 drop cloths, and be willing and able to cover all of the floors of projects that you work on -We ask that you try your best to do all of the patching *before* you start painting; and do any remaining patchwork needed, after the first coat of paint. (You should not be regularly needing to paint a third coat because you missed patching. If that is happening, then you are doing it wrong.) -You must be willing to price out a project without needing to see it in person- WE ARE A COMPANY, and we cannot have our workers going and seeing a job that we have just sold. If you cannot price it out accurately based on overall sq footage, number of rooms, whether its walls/ceilings/trim, height of walls, number of colors, if priming is needed, etc and other relevant information, then we probably will not be able to work together. -You must be able to sign a W-9 -You must be honest, reliable, and on time. -You need to be willing and able to follow directions and listen.
