Will someone adopt my puppy？

My dog has a heart condition, congenital heart defect, which cannot be cured or the operation is very expensive. My doctor advised me to take her to euthanasia, but I asked some friends and said that she might grow up to be an adult. I don't have much time to take care of her. Does anyone want to adopt her? She is a two-month-old golden retriever. My parents had made an appointment for me to be euthanized, but I don't want to end her two months life.
