Description
Looking for good people with a good attitude to join our growing home improvement team! We are hiring 3 people to work as a team with their supervisor. We cover all aspects of the home improvement industry so applicant must be able to follow instructions and be coachable. Must have a growth mindset and want to be great at what you do. We take pride in our work and how we do it. High paced environment...must be able to work hard for 40-50 hrs a week. A minimum of one year of construction or related experience required. We hire based on past references and character more than experience so the right person with less experience will be considered. Pay rate is $18-$25/hour based on experience and performance paid weekly. Background check to be conducted prior to employment. W-4 employees only no 1099.
