Midland based epoxy floor coating company looking for a hard-working, dependable, motivated, detail oriented installer. Must be positive and have a good attitude. Fast-paced, labor intensive position including bending, lifting up to 65 pounds, etc. This is an entry level, full-time, seasonal position. No experience necessary, will train. Must have a valid driver's license. M-F starting at 8AM. Job Responsibilities: Review the daily work schedule and carefully review instructions with the Field Supervisor, ensuring all special instructions relating to the upcoming job(s) are fully understood Follow job-site arrival and departure protocols as per our standard operating procedures Assist the Field Supervisor and Field Applicators in performing concrete preparation procedures including (but not limited to) diamond grinding, crack repair, repairs to expansion joints, etc., using our equipment and following our standard operating procedures Assist the Field Supervisor and Field Applicators in performing coating applications Assist the Field Supervisor and Field Applicators in performing repairs In concert with the Field Supervisor, perform equipment maintenance (including trucks and trailers) Job Type: Full-time, seasonal
