Weekly Garbage Can Hauling and Clean-up Needed

We are looking for a super dependable person who can lift about 50 pounds many times and carry it 30 feet or so, rain, snow, or shine. On Tuesday evening, you'll be taking the trash and recycling cans from the sides of our apartment buildings to the curb (recycling every other week). On Wednesday mornings, you'll be taking the empty cans back to the sides of the houses, picking up any litter around the houses, and sweeping up the area where the cans go. 6 of the houses are next to each other.
