I am looking for a Carpenter and Landscaper to do Miscellaneous Tasks at a home located in Coraopolis. Looking for a carpenter that can finish laying down 1500sq feet of white oak hardwood flooring and then refinish 1750sq feet of hardwood flooring in other rooms. Looking for a bid or hourly rate. I have other carpentry tasks as well that need to be done. Looking to sell this house so just trying to finish up a few of the tasks. Landscaping work need to help level yard, move stones and plant grass. Let me know your rates and availability. House is located in Coraopolis. 1099 required (drivers license and social)
