Press release from the Town of Sudbury: March 18, 2021 The Town of Sudbury, Massachusetts, represented by the Town Manager, the awarding authority, invites sealed bids for: BITUMINOUS MATERIALS CONTRACT 2021-BM-1 BID DEPOSIT: 5% of the total bid price BID OPENING: Thursday April 1, 2021 @ 10:00 AM in accordance with drawings, specifications and conditions for said project. Bids must be plainly marked "BID FOR BITUMINOUS MATERIALS" and must be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Director of Public Works, 275 Old Lancaster Road, Sudbury, MA 01776 on or before the date and times stated above, at which times all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Town of Sudbury acting through the Town Manager, reserves the right to waive any informalities, reject any or all bids, or to accept any total bid or unit price which he deems to be in the best interest of the Town of Sudbury. Each bid shall be accompanied by a deposit in the form of cash, certified check, bid bond, or cashier's check issued by a responsible bank or trust company, payable to the Town of Sudbury.
