Join HOT•BED's community of creatives in the heart of Center City! We’re looking for artists to rent studios (strictly for working, not living) in our experiential gallery and event space that fuses contemporary art, vintage furniture, and horticulture design. Whether you need a space to get messy or just a private office for taking Zoom calls, we have a couple of great spaces for creatives of all disciplines. Visit our website for up to date studio availability: https://www.hotbedphilly.com/hotbedstudios Rent includes 24 hour access to your studio, access to communal spaces such as a kitchen, bathrooms, rooftop and use of the gallery & lounge when we aren't hosting shows or events, as well as electricity, water, WiFi & paper products. HOT•BED is in a 2nd & 3rd floor walk up with no elevator. Monthly rent is invoiced on the 25th of each month and due on the first. Security deposit (refundable at end of lease), first month's rent, and last month's rent will be invoiced upon signing the lease. Lease agreements are for a 1 year term and rent varies from studio to studio.
