March 19, 2021 PART TIME FACILITIES MANAGEMENT POSITION AVAILABLE FOR LARGE CONDOMINIUM COMPLEX (20-25 HOURS PER WEEK) Salary negotiable based on experience Requirements: 1. General building maintenance 2. Low pressure boiler experience 3. Sump pump knowledge 4. Swimming pool operation 5. Ability to climb inside 3rd floor stairs to flat roofs 6. Ability to work on your knees to clean floor drains Duty List: 1. Inspect grounds and pick up debris. 2. All walks, porches and entrance doors are to be cleaned/swept daily. 3. Daily inspection of boilers and temperatures recorded daily. 4. Check elevator operation and elevator pits. 5. Replace bulbs in lights fixtures in hallways, attics, exterior post lamps as needed. 6. Check lift station area. 7. Vacuum garage mats 8. Maintain garage exhaust fans and dehumidifiers 9. Clean out laundry room dryer vents 10. Test exit lights and manually set outside post lamp timers. 11. Clean exterior post lamps and paint as needed. 12.
