Piano Lessons: meet the teacher!

I started piano at age 4, began formal lessons at age 7 and continued on through high school and 4 years of college -totaling 14 years of tutelage under four different Master's level piano instructors. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts (specializing in Piano Performance) and have had the privilege of teaching piano to hundreds of students at all ages and levels for over 20 years. My teaching style is aimed at keeping it fun. Each week I write detailed notes, give careful instruction, gentle correction & lots of encouragement. Progress is largely determined by each of student's careful application of lesson material and consistent practicing.
