Looking For Movers to move One Bedroom

Hi, I live in Lincoln, I need female, maybe one male, near LINCOLN/ ROCKLIN/ ROSEVILLE area. I am wanting help to maybe pack up a little one day then a few days later pack up small truck (that I rent of course) to move one Bedroom full kitchen stuff, bedroom, bathroom, 1 extra closet.. The move is no more than 10 miles apart from one place to another. I will need help to break down Queen size bed, (storing in garage) move tall dresser, night stand and small filing cabinet, boxes and odds and ends.. Shouldn't take more than 4 hours for everything..
