Needing 2 skilled guys today. Pay is $200 each for the day or $250 if you can get here and we get the job done before the end of the day. Things to be done: Complete porch remodeling Paint about 20 linear ft of facia and sofit, scaffolds on site Touch up paint basement Paint crawlspace door Caulk basement door Remove debris from front yard Seal flashing Rubber cement a leak on roof. Please have experience and do not contact if you do not plan on showing up. I will know if you know what you are doing immediately and if you don't know what you are doing, you will be asked to leave. All tools for the job are on site.
