SILVER SPRING, MD — The Montgomery County Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a missing Silver Spring man. Martin Katz, 71, last spoke to family on Sunday, March 14. According to police, Katz speaks to his family by phone on a daily basis. Investigators describe Katz as a 5-foot-11, 175-pound male with green eyes.
