Wilson Building Maintenance, Inc. is searching for General Cleaners/Janitors with a great eye for detail! General Cleaners/Janitors will be responsible for the daily cleaning of facilities in a professional and safe manner. The ideal candidate will be passionate and look to exceed our client's expectations.
****WE HAVE JOBS AVAILABLE IN WICHITA, MAIZE AND ANDOVER****
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
o Sweeping
o Vacuuming
o Mopping (wet/dust)
o Trash Removal
o Servicing Restrooms
o Daily maintenance of public areas & lounges
o Dusting/Polishing
o Notifying supervisors or management about building issues or repairs
Qualifications
• Experience in the janitorial industry required
• Employment background screening required
Available Shifts: 6:00 p.m. - 2:00 a.m. OR 4 p.m. - 12 am OR 6 a.m. to 11 am OR 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Rate varies between $8 to $10 per hour
o Half Hour Paid Lunch
o Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Aflac Supplemental Insurance, and Legal Shield Services offered to every employee after 60 days.
o After the 90 day employee performance evaluation
o Paid Holidays
o $250.00 Sign on bonus
