HARLEM, NY — Police named a suspect this week in the January shooting in Harlem that left a woman dead and a man injured.
Moussa Cisse, 18, is being sought for the Jan. 16 shooting, which happened in a hallway inside 301 West 150th St., near Frederick Douglass Boulevard, police said.
The daylight shooting, which happened shortly after 12:30 p.m., killed 29-year-old Shadina Smith and wounded her 26-year-old fiancé.
Police released a photo of 18-year-old Moussa Cisse, who is being sought in connection with the fatal shooting of Shadina Smith in January. (NYPD)According to the Daily News, Cisse had groped Smith on the street minutes earlier, causing her to go back inside the building and get her fiancé.
After they confronted Cisse, he shot them both, killing Smith, who was the mother of a toddler, the Daily News reported.
