Looking for someone who can oversee 2-4 employees while working on the maintenance of an existing site or run a new project. Must be an honest, hard-working, self-motivated individual.
Pay starts at $16.00 to 20.00 per hour and goes up with experience.
Must be able to:
Fill out Work Orders properly and legibly
Be able to lead a crew of 2-4
Read blueprints
Follow instructions
On-site problem solve
Manage your time
Drive a truck with a trailer confidentially
Knowledge of retaining walls
Knowledge of installing and repairing irrigation systems
Ground prep for sod, seed, rock, bark
Sod, plant, and tree installation
Knowledge of proper pruning procedures
Knowledge of how to run a large mower, or the ability to quickly learn
Skid steer and mini excavator experience
Willing to train employees in the field
To do any other assignments that is asked of you
This position demands physical aspects such as, walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, kneeling, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying supplies up to 50 lbs. or more in all weather condition
